Wondering if a One Eighty retainer is right for you?
Here are some of the questions we’re often asked.

Do I Sign A Commitment?
We ask for an initial 12 month commitment, after which support is month to month. We do require 90 days notice before canceling.
How/When Will I Be Billed
We send out all support invoices on the 1st of the month. The best way to pay invoices is auto-pay with a credit card. We’re happy to help you set it up.
Do Support Hours Roll Over?
The support hours that are alloted to you expire at the end of each month. This helps us make sure we have time for all of our clients each month. If you need extra work outside of your support retainer, we charge at a discounted hourly rate.
How Do I Submit A Request?

Each retainer comes with an account manager to keep all your tasks on track and to make sure things get done in a timley manner.The best way to submit a request it to email your account manager.
