Our Premium hosting option is based on the same platform but offers additional options for those needing more.  Finally, our Business hosting was built for the needs and traffic of a commercial businesses and includes priority support.

How Do I Get Support?
You will access to our online HelpDesk to submit any support tickets you have. These requests get put into a prioritized support queue. Premium clients get prioritized support.
Do All Your Options Include Support?
Yes! We offer two levels of support on our hosting packages. We know some sites need more support than others, so we’ve created two options to suit sites large and small.
Is Hack Recovery Really Free?
Yes, we will be there with you if disaster strikes with Free hack recovery. We know all websites on the internet are vulnerable, and while we do our best to ward off all possible security threats, we be there to help you get your website back up and secured if things go off the rails. There is no hourly limit on Hack Recovery support and they don’t count toward your yearly support limits.
