Do I Sign A Commitment?
We ask for an initial 6 month commitment, after which support is month to month. We do require 60 days notice before canceling.
Is there a trial period?
You'll get a 7 day "no strings attached" free trial when you first sign up with OneEighty support. You can cancel anytime in the first 7 days and you won't be billed.
How Am I Billed?

You will be billed through our online support portal. If you need to cancel your account, you can do so under your account settings.

Do The Support Hours Rollover?
The support hours that are alloted to you expire at the end of each month. This helps us make sure we have time for all of our clients each month. If you need extra work outside of your support retainer, we charge at a discounted hourly rate.
What Are Considered "Minor" Site Updates?

Site content updates, form creation, or small development tasks are included in your support hours each month. Larger projects, ones that would take more time than your monthly allotment, will be billed seperately at a discounted hourly rate.

How Do I Submit A Support Request?

You can use our support portal to submit your support request. It will auto-fill most personal information from your support account profile.
