Meet Joan
Joan is a Middle aged women who is self conscious about her skin or worried about the effects of aging. Joan is 45 and has wrinkles, acne, and sunspots from all her years sunbathing. She doesn’t know what she needs and feels overwhelmed by all the products on the market and needs someone she can trust to show her the way to better skin. She makes appointments for not only herself but also her spouse, children, and possibly her parents.
Her concerns include herself (signs of aging, past sun expo, wrinkles, and discoloration.)
Her spouse (he hasn’t taken care of his skin, gets too much sun, has suspicious lesions, and he doesn’t make his own appointments.
Her children (rashes, eczema, poison ivy, warts, acne, dandruff and she’s concerned with long term effects of acne.
Her older parents (possible skin cancers, itching, unusual skin conditions)
