The Problem

The Florida Baptist Convention’s previous website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and unable to effectively serve the diverse needs of churches and ministry leaders across the state. Key resources, events, and information were hard to find, creating frustration for both staff and users.

The Solution

We partnered with the Convention to build a modern, audience-focused website with clear navigation, dedicated landing pages, streamlined resource hubs, and an easy-to-manage backend. The new design reflects their brand and makes content updates and communication far more efficient.

The Result

The new website offers a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive experience for pastors, churches, and ministry leaders. Staff can now update content quickly, and users can find what they need with ease. Early feedback has been highly positive, highlighting improved clarity and usability.

The Audience

Meet Pastor James

Pastor James Thompson, a 58-year-old Senior Pastor with over 30 years of experience, leads a medium-to-large Baptist church in Florida. His role centers on preaching, vision casting, managing staff, and strengthening church and denominational relationships.

He is focused on church health, revitalization, and developing strong discipleship and leadership pipelines. At the same time, he feels the strain of balancing ministry demands with personal spiritual renewal and avoiding burnout. Pastor James values denominational guidance—especially on conflict resolution, policy updates, and best practices—and is actively seeking help adapting to digital ministry and engaging younger audiences.

He prefers clear, personal communication through email, phone calls, printed guides, and in-person events where he can connect with other pastors. The most effective approach includes personalized invitations, workshops on church health and digital ministry, mentorship opportunities, and testimonies from seasoned pastors. Highlighting partnerships with groups like NAMB strengthens trust and reinforces the value of the support offered.

The Messaging

You’ve dedicated your life to shepherding others, but sometimes it feels like you’re doing it all alone. As a pastor, especially in a Southern Baptist church, it can be difficult to build genuine connections with others who truly understand what you’re going through.  Networking with fellow pastors across the state isn’t always easy. That isolation can leave you feeling lonely, under-resourced, and unequipped to serve your church the way you want to. And let’s be honest—no pastor should have to face ministry alone.  We get it—because we’ve been there. We’ve served as pastors ourselves. We know the weight of leadership, the late nights, and the silent battles. And we’ve learned that ministry is never meant to be a solo journey.

That’s why we’ve created a simple way for you to get the support you need:

  1. Attend an event

  2. Connect with other pastors

  3. Get the support and encouragement you need

Get Connected—because the strength of your ministry starts with the strength of your support system.

Without that connection, the weight of ministry can become overwhelming. Isolation, lack of resources, and burnout are all too common—and they can impact not just you, but your entire congregation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. When you’re part of a strong pastoral network, you’ll feel connected, encouraged, and equipped to lead with confidence. And most importantly—your church will thrive because you are thriving.
