Our Plus hosting option is based on the same platform but offers additional options for those needing more. You have 2 options for support. You can access our online HelpDesk portal to submit any support tickets you have. Or you can email support@oneeighty.digital. Your request will get put into a prioritized support queue. Plus and Prime clients get prioritized support.
